The lab operates spectral analyzers (up to 13.6 GHz); signal generators and vector circuit analyzers (up to 6 GHz); high-speed oscilloscopes (up to 2.5 GHz) with accessories, including high-frequency, high-voltage, and differential oscilloscope probes, as well as high-frequency current ones; programmable signal generators; omnidirectional and directional calibrated antennas; high-frequency amplifiers (0.15 – 4,200 MHz, up to 150 W); high-precision DC current and voltage sources; and multimeters. Also available is vacuum technology to generate vacuum up to 1 x 10-5 Pa. To conduct interference-sensitive measurements, we run a shielded anechoic chamber.
